Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ayo78 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These terms govern your access to and use of all services, software, games, and features provided through https://ayo78.cam. You must read, understand, and accept these terms in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
"Platform" means the website located at https://ayo78.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and any associated software applications operated by ayo78.
"User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.
"Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, through which the User may deposit funds, place wagers, claim bonuses, and request withdrawals.
"Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) amount deposited by a User into their Account balance for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, reload bonus, or other non-cash incentive granted by ayo78 to a User under specific promotional terms.
"Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount a User must place before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the Bonus amount multiplied by twenty).
"KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process through which ayo78 confirms a User's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where ayo78's services are expressly prohibited by applicable local law from the perspective of the Platform's licensing authority.
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register an Account and use any service on the Platform. This age threshold aligns with the minimum legal age for gambling participation as recognized in the Indonesian market and international best practice for responsible gaming. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held at the time of discovery.
The Platform is accessible to users in many markets internationally, with particular focus on Indonesian residents. However, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ayo78 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in every location. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. ayo78 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and retain any Funds found across duplicate Accounts without prior notice.
Age Verification: ayo78 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time before, during, or after Account registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension and any pending withdrawal being placed on hold pending verification.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name (as appears on government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
ayo78 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users. You will be requested to submit copies of one or more of the following documents:
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit, wagering, or withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. ayo78 processes KYC submissions within 1–4 business hours during WIB operating hours.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ayo78 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ayo78 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ayo78 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
ayo78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Funds are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ayo78 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit card, or cash.
The minimum deposit amount via bank transfer is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 25,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier. ayo78 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours from the time of submission, subject to Account verification status and internal compliance review. ayo78 makes no absolute guarantee of withdrawal processing time; delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. VIP-tier members (Silver and Gold) receive priority withdrawal processing.
ayo78 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals made through third-party accounts — that is, accounts not registered in the name of the Account holder. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. ayo78 accepts no liability for Funds lost through third-party payment arrangements initiated by the User.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ayo78 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general provisions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement of 20x (twenty times) the Bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited to your Account, after which any uncompleted Bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Different game categories contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Unless the promotion specifies otherwise, the standard contribution rates are: sports betting (100%), live casino table games (10%), slot games (100%), togel (Indonesian traditional numbers lottery) markets (50%), and all other games (variable — refer to individual promotion terms). Games explicitly excluded from wagering contribution will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms page.
All bets placed on the Platform are accepted at ayo78's sole discretion. ayo78 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time prior to settlement, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised in cases including but not limited to: technical errors, manifest pricing errors, suspected match-fixing, suspicious betting patterns, or where a User has reached a risk-management threshold.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sports governing body, casino game provider, or lottery operator. In the event of any discrepancy, ayo78's records shall be the definitive reference. Where a result is subsequently overturned or declared void by the governing body, ayo78 will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised outcome as soon as reasonably practicable.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system outage, or connectivity interruption during live gameplay, ayo78's internal server records — not the User's device display — constitute the authoritative record of game state and bet status. ayo78 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputed outcome arising from technical disruptions within 5 business days of a formal complaint being raised through our support channels.
Sports betting markets on the Platform — including football fixtures from BRI Liga 1 (covering Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and all other league clubs), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Platform's dedicated sports betting rules document, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections; any selection voided will result in the accumulator reducing to the next lower tier.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. ayo78 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the behaviors listed below, and to void all associated wagers and retain all Funds pending investigation:
Anti-Money Laundering: ayo78 is committed to full compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All large or suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to relevant authorities as required under our licensing obligations. Users are prohibited from using the Platform for any form of financial structuring or placement of illicitly obtained funds.
ayo78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Player base. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or resolving personal financial difficulties. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not convey any ownership rights over Platform content.
ayo78 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and redundancy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayo78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses. This exclusion applies regardless of the form of action or the theory of liability, including negligence.
In the event that ayo78 is found liable for any claim arising under this Agreement, ayo78's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are inherently uncertain, and that you may lose some or all Funds wagered. ayo78 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by Users, and no claim may be made against ayo78 for losses arising from standard gambling outcomes.
ayo78 collects, processes, stores, and protects User personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ayo78 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores User data in secure, access-controlled server environments. We do not sell, rent, or share User personal data with unauthorized third parties.
ayo78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ayo78 will notify registered Users by email to the address held on file and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page always reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions was made. We encourage Users to review this page periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayo78 holds its primary international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ayo78's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by ayo78's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents ayo78 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
Users who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. ayo78 makes no representation that its services are permitted under Indonesian domestic law and expressly disclaims liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's decision to access the Platform from within Indonesia.
